Personal Transition Plan
Personal Transition Plan

The Personal Transition Plan (PTP) is a graduation requirement established by the Board of Education effective the graduating class of 2010.  All students must fulfill the requirements of the PTP prior to the end of the student's 7th semester (first semester of his/her senior year).

Maui High School has a coordinated program that embeds the PTP requirements throughout each student's Freshman through Junior year.  In each year, specific requirements for students are outlined and included in different classes.  It is the student's responsibility to maintain adequate progress and fulfill each of these requirements.  Successful completion of the PTP requirements will lead to the awarding of 1/2 credit and enable the student to be eligible for graduation.  Students who do not complete the PTP requirements will not be eligible for a diploma.

If you have any questions about the PTP, please contact Mrs. Jeneen Fukuroku, our school level coordinator for our PTP program.
